Job Overview:
As a Recruiting Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting team with their daily tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist candidates with the application process.
- Create requisitions in our applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiter, and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through networking, internet postings, resume databases, job boards, and applicant tracking system.
- Conduct phone screen interviews.
- Facilitate reference checks for viable candidates.
- Run pre-hire applicant assessment tests.
- Create offer letters and run background checks.
- Disposition candidates in the applicant tracking system.
- Follow up with "on hold" applicants.
- Maintain employee referral program and process referral payments with payroll team.
- Coordinate summer internship program.
- Update and maintain job postings and descriptions when needed.
- Support and assist members of the team when needed.
- Assist on special projects and company events.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- 1-2 years of recruiting and/or human resources experience preferred.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
- Must be able to communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect. Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Must have a high level of energy and a strong bias to service excellence and getting things done with a sense of urgency.
- Possesses personal and professional integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; can build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Controlled under pressure, can communicate confidently with all levels in the organization and can juggle conflicting priorities with ease.
- Able to work independently and be a team player.
- Well-organized, efficient and has a good sense of priorities.
- Diligent and motivated.
- A self-starter who leads by example and who is respected by staff.
