What you will be doing
Data Entry Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate data entry related to corporate systems while performing other administrative duties.
- Entering data from manual confirm statements and reports
- Reviewing and verifying data to determine accuracy
- Opening, sorting, and stamping mail
- Filing physical copies for storage and safe keeping
- Organizing and maintaining document file systems and processes for ease of retrieval
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
What you bring
EDUCATION
HS Diploma or GED
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- 1-2 yrs. strong data entry background experience, financial industry is a plus!
- Ability to enter and analyze data with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communications, work independently within a team environment
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Must possess good computer skills, good data entry skills, and a proven record of reliability and accuracy
- Proficient in computer applications, such as MS Office (Excel) and utilize software packages required by the position
