About the role
As a Finance Shared Service Associate I, you’ll perform various administrative tasks to support the finance organization.
What you will be doing
• Receives and prepares files from a variety of sources.
• Prints and reads system files or gathers records and reports to compile needed data.
• Enters/uploads information into systems.
• Prepares/processes forms for clients.
• Posts transactions to accounting records such as worksheet, ledger or system files.
• Analyzes posted data.
• Develops/maintains process documentation for each assigned task.
• Assists in special projects.
• Interfaces/resolves internal and external customer inquiries.
What you bring
• Highschool degree or GED.
• 1 year of similar experience.
