The VP Finance Executive will be a leader in Corporate Finance and report to the SVP Finance Segment Executive at FIS, regularly interacting with Executive Leaders within the business as well as Finance Leaders. This dynamic executive will drive, manage, and report on critical functions within the CFO organisation, driving cross-finance activities.
What you will be doing
As the VP Finance Executive, within the CFO organisation you will drive analysis for the executive team, supporting strategic processes, working across the aisle to ensure the Finance department win as one team
• You will own critical functions within the CFO organisation, with a focusing on driving FIS’ business growth objectives
• Strategic planning and analysis, including 3Y planning for the company’s long-term model
• A finance partner to leadership stakeholders, including investor day activities, CFO board preparations, earnings calls support and other executive leadership/finance interfaces
• Create forward-looking financial models, profitability metrics and analysis to improve financial planning
• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports, providing timely and accurate insights to executive management and the board of directors

• You will be an experienced finance executive, and specialist in business and corporate finance, at an enterprise level global organisation
• Expert level financial analysis and modelling skills, with the ability to create meaningful and actionable strategy from complex financial data
• General business skills, industry knowledge, long-term vision and executive presence
• Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner, including presentations
• Strong organizational, team building, coaching and mentoring skills
