About the role: We're looking for a skilled professional who will be responsible for providing classroom training to new hire associates in multiple lines of banking and financial business. While ensuring all class objectives are achieved, you will conduct evaluations for individuals to identify new training needs and provide feedback to management. You will coordinate and ensure projects are completed by target deadlines and provide project status updates to management. What you will be doing: Designs, modifies, or develops instructional materials for multiple training modalities including traditional instructor-led classes, web-based/virtual classes and job-aids. Conducts traditional classroom or web-based training sessions using effective presentation skills, verbal communication skills and classroom management skills at FIS facilities or client locations. Conducts training needs assessments to understand characteristics and skill levels of learners, the job setting and to identify processes and tasks performed by system users. Assesses training outcomes by soliciting and reviewing feedback and evaluation of classes taught. Manages and completes all aspects of training projects including reviewing documents relevant to training services, communicating with clients, and working with implementation and client relationship teams to understand client business needs (adapts training context and content accordingly) What you will need: Advance presentation, time management and organizational skills Customer service skills, understanding and focusing on client needs, establishing credibility and building positive, professional, relationships with clients Proficient with technology and office automation tools and applications Resourcefulness, flexibility, versatility, dependability Team skills including ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally Added bonus if you have: Bachelor’s degree in finance or business Instructional design or technical writing experience Chargeback, banking, or back office training experience What we offer you: A career at FIS is more than just a job.
