What You Will Be Doing:
• Performs database setup in production environments for new and existing clients to achieve timely and accurate implementation.
• Performs production database maintenance activities.
• Participates in resolution of database problems within appropriate timeframes.
• Participates in creation and maintenance of database procedures.
• Participates in estimating work efforts, establishing target dates, and communicating work status for projects.
• Provides status reports to manager in a timely manner.
• Participates in special projects as assigned.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.
What You Bring:
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Foundational knowledge of computer networks and databases.
• Problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Must have a high level of diligence and be detailed-oriented.
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Managed Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or engineering-related discipline.
