About the team :
The Sales Enablement Team is responsible for multiple Sales Support functions, including Sales Solution Launch, Sales Campaign Management, Sales Playbook Administration, and orchestrating the Sales pivot to Insight Led, Value Based Solution Selling.
You will be reporting to the SVP, Head of Sales Enablement who reports to FIS’ Chief Revenue Officer.
What you will be doing :
In the role of Sales Support Director Senior Market Insight Solution Selling, you will look at market trends, industry insights, and industry impacting events that align with FIS capabilities and will create Sales plays that position how we can help a client solve problems or capitalize on opportunities with those solutions.
You will do this with the support of other organizations including Line of Business, Product Management, Sales Growth Office, and other members of the Sales Enablement team.
The role is an individual contributor position.
You will be responsible for a number of key functions :
Source Insights & Match to FIS Capabilities : Look at market trends, industry insights, and industry impacting events and create Sales Plays that position how we can help a client solve problems or capitalize on opportunities with FIS capabilities
Client / Seller Targeting and ROI : Assess client and seller profile targets of each Sales Play leveraging internal / external data, calculate the financial opportunity in play, and ensure we have clear line of sight to execute
Collaborate & Coordinate : Work across Line of Business, Product Management, and Sales Growth office teams to assess FIS capabilities, organize bundles of solutions, and ensure they are viable for market.

Requires strong business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence
General knowledge of financial and / or payment solutions technology including systems, applications and banking practices
Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations
Communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner
Skill in productivity, planning and workload management
Decision-making and problem solving skills

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $160, - $269, and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
