The Sales Performance Office is an integral team within the Banking Solutions & Capital Markets Sales organization and is focused on:
- Cultivating a differentiated new hire experience to accelerate a seller's ramp to productivity

- Equipping and empowering sellers and managers to achieve high levels of performance and employee growth
What you will be doing
In the Sales Content Manager role, you will be both the strategic and tactical lead focused on creating a learner-centered sales content ecosystem within our Allego modern learning platform. Working collaboratively across the Sales Performance Office and key partners, you'll ensure we optimize learning content accessibility, quality and engagement making content dynamic to ensure it services multiple functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with team members to align Allego capabilities with overall training strategy and Programs. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Creating a content strategy and taxonomy
- Developing a user-centered experience
- Componentizing and optimizing searchability using best practice content strategies
- Automating user provisioning to support views and streamline course assignments
- Creating, maintaining and integrating new content
- Engage business stakeholders to understand needs, showcase capabilities, drive adoption and coach on usage
- Innovate creative uses for Allego to enhance new and existing training programs
- Design and shape best practice materials for using Allego that can be used to help guide content creation
- Creation and centralization of content to support seller and manager knowledge and learning needs
- Drive global roll out and adoption of Allego
- Serve as team expert in the digital learning solutions space - stay abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, functionality, and innovation to anticipate and accommodate shifts in needs and priorities
- Serve as Allego specialist in consultation with partners to share best practices, use cases, and latest developments
- Leadership, platform and learning program effectiveness reporting
- Analyze and maximize effectiveness of Allego usage and user experience through quantitative and qualitative methods
What you bring:
- Proficiency and experience building and administering Allego (or similar sales enablement technology)
- Ability to take a multifaceted approach to content that includes strategic, creative and analytical thinking
- Keen interest in learning technology, training and continuous development
- Strong storytelling and content design capabilities
- Proficient data analysis skills (quantitative and qualitative) and ability to identify themes and trends
- A strong learning orientation, in order to quickly acquire new techniques, tools and methods
- Detail and process oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Problem solver with an aptitude to connect the dots for yourself and others within a complex matrixed environment
- Resourceful and adaptable to change within a fast-paced fintech organization
- High energy, excellent interpersonal, communication and influence skills
- Self-starter who is results-oriented with strong execution drive
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint)
Added bonus if you have:
- Instruction design experience
- Experience with sales enablement platform integrations (i.e., Dynamics, Cornerstone LMS, LinkedIn Learning)
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
