About the role:
As a Software Test Analyst, you'll play a key role in the development of Fintech Interactive Voice Response (IVR)telephony products that are changing the way the world pays, banks, and invests. This will involve consulting on software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits, and software measurements.
About the team:
You will be part of the Merchant Solutions Interactive Voice Response (IVR) test automation team focusing on IVR testing activities supporting the global merchant business.
What you will be doing:
Building IVR Test Automation packages using the Cyara Test Automation platform
Performing usability testing and communicating activities and findings.
Controlling and managing daily test activities.
Providing internal quality assurance.
What you will need:
3-4 years of IVR test automation experience leveraging Cyara
Knowledge of application development, software testing, and quality management.
Experience with primary database engines and the ability to write data validation and troubleshooting queries.
Expertise in at least one object-oriented language.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
