As a Senior Sales Leader, you will provide the support Sales Counselors need to maximize their potential and reach or exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. These skills will be used to:
- Contribute to the organization's profitability by hiring, training, and developing Sales Counselors that will generate and maximize new home sales in key locations.
- Assist Sales Counselors in generating and maximizing new home sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage Sales Counselors’ marketing plans, traffic-generating activities, and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Provide continued education and training to Sales Counselors
- Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly and annual basis.
Additional Qualifications:
- New Home Sales and leadership experience, required.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Psychology.
- Ability to travel or relocate to new or growing markets is a plus.
