Job Title: Change Manager (CCMP)
Location: Menlo Park, CA
Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities:
· Develop change enablement strategies and plans by conduct effective change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analysis
· Develop and execute change management plans to support stakeholder engagement, communication, and transition activities
· Integrate change management activities into project plans
· Manage stakeholder relationships
· Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end change management strategy
Requirements:
· At least five years’ experience applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools for implementing change programs, and a track record of successfully implementing technology changes
· Experience developing analysis and readiness programs
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail
· The ability to handle ambiguity and to be flexible with their approach
· Bachelors’ degree in Business, Education, Psychology or Communications or related area required
· Prosci change management certification or designation
· Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™) certification or equivalent change certification
Contract length: 6 months
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $70.00 - $73.00 per hour
