What does a great Production Operator/Warehouse Generalist do?
You will handle Point of Sale equipment from order fulfillment to refurbishment- from organization to the merchant. We maintain, work with and adjust information received from the computer inventory tracking system. This is a high profile department that requires hard work and a positive outlook in a fast paced work environment. We are expected to meet internal production goals that include productivity and quality with the support of a highly encouraging management team. We are a dynamic team and you can be cross trained in different processes.
What you will do:
- Pull client orders for injection/download with minor assembling and kitting of order contents to prepare for outbound shipping.
- Complete minor repair on point of sale devices
- Learn to safely operate heavy electric equipment such as a standup forklift
- Participate on project teams such as 6S, Safety, Special events committee
- Participate in various team building activities and events each year, creating a strong working relationship bond with your coworkers
- Work with a focused seasoned team in meeting the daily directives while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. We maintain a highly productive work environment that complies with company safety and work policies. ·
What you need to have:
- 1 year experience with basic computer systems (email, excel, Oracle a plus) and accessories (handheld scanners, printers)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing and able to work extra time based on business need
- Ability to read and take direction in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to bend, reach, twist, push, pull daily and to stand/walk for up to 8-12 hours
What would be great to have:
- Injection/Download / Shipping of POS units
- Level II POS repair
- Technical troubleshooting ofvarious electronics such as POS devices/Printers
- Forklift experience

Salary Range
$30,100.00 - $49,100.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
