What does a successful Production Support Tech do at Fiserv?
A Production Support Tech is tasked with the job of quality control inspection, replacement PSTI to clean and screen returned Clover devices that come back to Fiserv from existing clients that have called into the Clover call center and reported problems with their device. This associate would triage screen/test and/or clean and pack all Clover devices received,
What you will do:
Cleaning of the point of sale (POS) equipment
Quality control inspection of the equipment
Packing of the equipment into boxes with associated parts
Work to triage broken and dysfunctional units
Clean ,package and prepare orders for shipment
What you will need to have:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year work experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. throughout day, up to 40 lbs.
Ability to stand and or sit for entire shift.
Availability to work between the hours of 6:00am - 1:30pm or up to 7am - 3:30pm shifts
What would be great to have:
Previous experience cleaning, repairing , packing POS or electronic devices
2 years plus working in cleaning role, production, assembly and or distribution environment
Prior experience with ISO 9001 quality processes
