Trade Receivables Supervisor

Job Title Trade Receivables Supervisor Job Purpose What does a successful Trade Receivables Supervisor do at Fiserv? As a successful Trade Receivables Supervisor, you will lead AR Management activities of the organization, as well as actively engage with associates through coaching and mentoring activities. You will be part of the team responsible for over $16B in Fiserv’s annual cash flow, working closely with external clients and internal business partners in a fast-paced environment What you will do: Manager a team of Billing Specialists and provide billing support for internal clients. Work closely with the team to escalate issues through proper channels, and with the support of the stakeholders, outline path to resolution. Lead monthly AR review meetings with executive Business Unit leaders. Responsible for updating and maintaining key SOX controls over billing processes.
