Job Title Finxact - ITSD Engineer Job Purpose Position Summary Finxact, a Fiserv Company, is seeking a forward- thinking, experienced ITSD Engineer to join our growing organization. In this position, you will serve as a focal point for supporting information technology systems and be the subject matter expert responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting security controls for a multi-tenant software-as-a-service product. You will also keep our company up to speed with best practices in IT standards and guidelines, while managing and troubleshooting IT system and employee endpoints. A keen attention to detail and analytical mind is a must. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The types of activities expected to be performed at this level include but are not limited to: Manage and support the Finxact ITSD function, including: Service Management Change Management Asset Management Support Microsoft Office 365, Azure and other cloud directory services Manage client asset request process including computer acquisition, establishing the standard build image, and deploying to a remote workforce Manage employee / contractor onboarding process, including the establishing accounts on respective systems Manage the Jumpcloud Enterprise Single Sign On (SSO) system including the establishment of profiles and connectivity to new enterprise endpoints and applications Design, develop, implement, and maintain Finxact network infrastructure Assist in project collaboration with the Cybersecurity team Troubleshoot and debug IT systems to ensure error-free functionality and end-user satisfaction Provide information security expertise and support to assist in the achievement of both corporate and cloud risk and compliance programs Provide expertise and support in all environments to ensure control activities are designed and implemented appropriately to protect the security, confidentiality, privacy, integrity and availability of data in compliance with organization policies and standards. Implement and monitor corporate business processes, recommend improvements and assist stakeholders to achieve information security goals and objectives related to Information Technology general controls Work with the VP of Compliance and Testing & to ensure alignment w/ SOC1/2 and other compliance frameworks Configure DNS servers and manage owned domain names Assist external auditors conducting annual compliance audits by reviewing all evidence to confirm it satisfies the items included in the document request list Utilize industry experience and knowledge to provide expertise and support to ensure company’s security framework remains in compliance with applicable regulations including evolving data privacy regulations Coordinate the internal design of Information Technology general controls Support the development, implementation, and updating of security policies and procedures. Advanced knowledge of systems and outcomes with ability to understand impact of solution design and implementation of business strategic objectives and requirements. Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in network administration, information technology, or computer science. Experience configuring productivity tools and software to enterprise environments. Experience reviewing firewall configurations, log files and network artifacts Demonstrated experience articulating technical concepts to non-technical users Dealing with ambiguity in a fast environment and having strong customer service skills Strong business acumen to include strong verbal and written communication skills. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a security / system engineer or consultant. Security or similar security certification preferred Previous experience in IT, security or systems support, or network administrator positions preferred Familiar with information security, risk management or IT audit Familiarity with IT standards such as SOC, ISO 27001, PCI, and NIST Knowledge of ITIL service management processes Strong understanding of cloud enterprise applications and management Awareness of current standards and trends in IT and emerging technology Understanding of IT security and network risks Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities Project management experience Exemplary communication skills; ability to explain complex, highly technical information to non-technical colleagues using clear, simple language Location/Travel Remote position within the contiguous U.S. Minimal travel (<5%) for occasional team meetings. Supervisory Responsibility None. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work may vary but generally Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require long hours and weekend work.
