What does a great Product Owner Leader do?
This a is a Senior Level position where you will work closely with Product Management, Product Development, and Senior Management to support Fiserv’s product strategy. Building relationships with a multi-functional group of senior and executive stakeholders. This individual will be an expert collaborator, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with a high degree of independence. Required Qualification for Consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years’ experience working with agile methods (Scrum, Lean, XP)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience with business and/or technology teams
- Client facing experience along with presentations and planning
- Previously worked independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a product management or ownership role
- Flexibly to work after hours/on-call/weekends as needed
- Travel required: 10%-15%
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Certified Product Owner or applicable experience
