Certifying Officer U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration Office of Foreign Labor Certification 200 Constitution Avenue, NW Room N-5311 Washington, DC 20210 TITLE: Solutions Architecture - Advisor I EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC LOCATION: 255 Fiserv Drive, Brookfield, WI 53045 (and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.) (Full-time telework permitted) DUTIES: Provide data modeling; extensible data design and data validation frameworks; maintain array of data design deliverables including data models and data flow diagrams; and lead and assist in development of various strategic data initiatives including meta data management. Design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment. Review technical designs with architects and subject matter experts to ensure adherence to enterprise-mandated data governance stipulations. Share new technologies and data practices, conduct regular sessions with the team for information sharing, and assist in production support troubleshooting sessions. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, and 7 years architecting and implementing large scale data applications. Prior experience must include: Data Transformation tools including Atleryx-Server; Cloud Native Data technologies; Spark, SparkSQL and Databricks; coding in Java, Python, R, and Scala; establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large dataset analysis, model development, and validation; data visualization tools including Tableau and PowerBI; Data storage formats including Parquet; data Governance procedures and tools; Setting up DR and Security & user management; end-to-end DevOps CI/CD pipelines; creating intuitive, testable, maintainable, secure, and efficient code; and Agile software Product Development Lifecycles including Scrum, SAFe, DAD, Lean Agile, and Kanban.
