Be on the front lines of making dress dreams come true! Fit for a Queen of Atlanta has a NEW LOCATION for our prom, pageant, evening and bridal gown store in Midtown Atlanta. Join our growing team of models and various professionals at our new, state of the art retail location in Atlanta, GA!
We are looking for a few FABULOUS WOMEN of all shapes and sizes, who are ready to become the faces of Fit for a Queen of Atlanta. You will be modelling our fabulous high-fashion designer dresses listed on our website, as well as modeling for various looks for international formalwear designers on social media and AmericasMart when these designers are in town!
This is an INCREDIBLE opportunity to build your portfolio with high fashion photography and to gain international publicity through our designers, as well as our website and social media!
Requirements:
- Must have prior modeling experience
- Must be 5'6" or taller
- Must have a flexible schedule

As part of our store team, you’ll lead and inspire a diverse and creative team in executing in-store success. Part leader, part fashion guru, you’ll contribute and collaborate to drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and exceed sales goals
- Model for social media and marketing purposes
- Consult clients with hands-on assistance
- Provide world class customer service by building quality relationships with customers
- Ensure merchandise presentation, sales and event set-up, sizing, pricing and signing standards
- Deliver a clean, neat and easy to shop store environment

Skills Summary:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of retail sales experience
- Modeling experience
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Proven sales experience
- Flexibility to work retail schedules such as weekends, evenings, and some holidays
- Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to work well with all levels of management, build partnerships and direct teams
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems, act decisively and persist in the face of obstacles
- An interest in fashion. Prior experience in the prom, pageant, or bridal industries is a plus!
