SKILLS NEEDED TO WIN
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to learn new systems, adopt and uphold company standards
- Ability to oversee sales and production while maintaining a clean, organized gym
- A creative approach to marketing (fundraisers, community-engagement, etc.)
- Passion for leadership and team development
- The ability to deliver a great guest experience
- Previous gym experience (not required, but welcomed)
- Ability to jump in and assist where needed

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
