The job of our Operations Managers is to ensure that our members receive exceptional service from a happy, friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility. Operations Managers hire, train, and supervise all front desk staff, kids club, and janitorial staff, resolve all membership issues, update past due accounts, manage payroll and supplies budget, and uphold company standards.
The position is full-time Monday-Friday, and is a hourly position with commission and bonus opportunities.
