POSITION SUMMARY As a Recruiter at Five Below, you will play an important role in helping the company achieve our goals through talent. Our recruiters drive the full life cycle of hiring, ensuring a great candidate experience and positive and productive hiring manager partnerships, at every step of the process. If you are an expert in talent acquisition and want to make an impact as a true talent partner, we want to hear from you! RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for attracting top talent and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings. Demonstrate ability to proactively identify, source and manage talent pools aligned to business priorities. Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial outreach through offer acceptance including sourcing, screening, providing feedback, candidate management and negotiating offers. Ensure an insanely great candidate experience that demonstrates Five Below’s culture and commitment to its employees Develop, design, and adjust sourcing strategy to attract top talent in the competitive market while focusing on creating relationships with potential candidates. Manage open job requisitions in ATS (Workday) to ensure accurate tracking and metrics reporting. Compile and communicate knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends to HR and hiring managers. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree Required Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience in a high-volume environment IT recruitment experience highly desired Ability to be agile, flexible and thrive in a fast paced, high growth, competitive environment with an eye towards efficiencies in process Must project a strong business presence and can instill confidence in clients and deliver results Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience Well-developed interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to partner and build relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills Aptitude for working with highly confidential and sensitive information Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Experience with Workday preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
