Job Description:We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at our new establishment, you will be instrumental in delivering an unforgettable guest experience. Your role will involve crafting exceptional cocktails using high-quality ingredients while ensuring our guests enjoy top-notch food and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft Cocktails: Mix, garnish, and serve beverages with creativity and precision. Develop unique and delightful cocktails.

• Guest Experience: Offer outstanding customer service, interact with guests, and ensure their satisfaction throughout their visit.

• Collaborate: Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth delivery of both drinks and food.

• Maintain Bar: Keep the bar area clean and organized, manage inventory, and handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy.

• Stay Informed: Stay updated on cocktail trends, new ingredients, and local sourcing options to enhance our drink offerings.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous bartending experience in a dynamic environment preferred but not required. Passion for craft cocktails and a willingness to learn are key.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail techniques, and beverage service. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.

• Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills. A genuine interest in fresh and locally sourced food and drinks.
• Availability: Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
