· Our company is seeking an Front Desk receptionist. In this position, you will be responsible for answering calls, being the "face" of FGM, handling all administrative emails, filing, correspondence and all daily corporate office duties. Our ideal applicant has at least 3 years’ experience as a receptionist and is a quick learner with a great attitude and presence.
Summary:
Responsible to perform administrative duties and act as the face of Five Gen Management
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Always greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
Answer calls and direct calls, answer basic questions, take thorough and accurate messages, and then email to the appropriate recipients
Restock printers with paper and ink/toner cartridges as needed
Communicate with vendors to maintain office equipment
Pick up, sort, and distribute mail, take any mail to post office, Fedex, UPS, BOMAS, etc.
Take files to warehouse as requested
Inventory boxes on spreadsheet, label and take to warehouse (corporate & BOMAS) to be stores, when needed and end of year
Order, organize, inventory supplies and office equipment
Maintain personal work area and common office area to be neat and clutter free
Prepare obsolete file folders and file in warehouse
Track all incoming packages
Costco supply run (once a month), and Office Depot supply orders every 3 months or when needed
Keep inventory of staff uniforms
Daily errands, banking, recording, Attorneys, and other professional offices as needed
Filing for AP and BOMAS
Delivering paperwork and change orders to BOMAS
Making labels and files when needed
Restock paper products in breakroom, restrooms, and check restroom lighting
Perform other duties as assigned by Management / Assist corporate team as needed
Job Type: Full-time
