Duties:
- placing orders,
- setting staff schedule
- administering disciplinary action if necessary,
- daily/weekly/monthly reporting- including inventory,
- setting coherent menu to coincide with inventory usage,
- Microsoft Office Suite skills preferred (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

General Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 35lbs ; on a repetitive basis and have the ability to reach, bend, stoop on a frequent basis.
