Qualified Candidates:

• Education and/or Experience-High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); two to four years of management experience preferred; one or more years of Plumbing, HVAC and/or Electrical experience in Home Services preferred.
• Language Skills-Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, vendors, and employees.
• Mathematical Skills-Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
• Computer Skills-To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. This role requires an above-average knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leads, manages, and brings accountability to managers and employees.
• Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the branch.
• Coordinates with the department Directors to develop and implement processes and procedures.
• Communicates with managers to set reasonable sales and/or goals.
• Communicates with the Director of Operations to set performance standards.
• Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective customers, demonstrating excellent customer service, and setting an example to other staff.
• Ensures that all Company procedures are followed and handles any compliance issues.
• Develops managers and employees through training and identifying needs.
• Focuses on proactive thinking and planning.
• Handles any escalating customer complaints.
• Assists with start-up, development, and growth of new branches as needed.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
