This position will own the tactical and strategic execution of the recruiting function across FiveBy. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in full lifecycle recruiting for a diverse and distributed organization (we hire nationwide!), ideally within the technology industry. While not a “technical recruiter” position, the person in this role should be comfortable sourcing and screening for data-driven roles, such as data/BI analysts and the occasional data scientist. They should have demonstrated success managing the ambiguities of the resourcing cycle and navigating the legal and interpersonal nuances inherent to the field.
This is a remote role and may be seated anywhere in the United States. Candidates must be available to work during Pacific Time Zone core hours.
Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Plan and execute full lifecycle recruiting processes, including
- scheduling and facilitating requisition intake meetings
- drafting job descriptions
- prepping and coaching interview teams,
- candidate sourcing
- conducting resume reviews, phone screens, and interview scheduling
- scheduling and moderating interview team debriefs
- managing offers and negotiations
- Build and execute a schedule/plan for ongoing strategic sourcing
- Ensure FiveBy’s recruiting processes and practices are in alignment with best practices for inclusive hiring
- Initiate, track, and verify pre-employment screening as required by FiveBy and our clients
- Own visa-related matters and partner closely with immigration attorneys and employees to ensure their applications are processed appropriately and in a timely manner
- Administrate employee onboarding and off-boarding
- Manage/maintain FiveBy’s ATS and make improvements as necessary
- Partner with account, sales, team managers to address resourcing needs and team planning
- Manage vendor relationships and communications as appropriate (recruiting agencies, employment attorney’s, HR software account managers, international HR consultants, etc.) and conduct account reviews and contract/pricing negotiations as needed
- Employer branding – support employer branding strategy and partner with company leaders to plan in-person recruiting efforts as opportunities arise
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher OR equivalent work experience
- 4 years of experience in recruiting with exposure to all aspects of full lifecycle recruiting
- Experience supporting initiatives within a recruiting program
- Knowledgeable of D&I best practices pertaining to recruiting and talent management
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and outreach
- Experience filling roles across fields and experience levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to connect with individuals across functions, backgrounds, and experience levels

In order to perform this role, the selected employee must be able to operate within a standard office environment, with or without reasonable accommodation. This role requires the ability to stand or sit for long periods of time, communicate with others via speech or text, and use hands or other tools to operate a computer and keyboard. Due to the nature of our work, employees must be able to uphold the stress of traveling to client sites as well as adapt (within reason) to the conditions of client sites. Regular, predictable attendance is required, as is the ability to work outside of standard business hours as business needs dictate.
