A bright, energetic person with great attention to detail is required to process accounts payable transactions for a food manufacturing company. Primary duties include:
- use BatchMaster ERP and Dynamics GP accounting software
- review and verify invoices and check requests
- sort, code and match invoices, utilize 3-way matching for inventory invoices
- set invoices up for payment
- enter and upload invoices into system
- track expenses and process expense reports
- prepare and perform check runs
- reconcile accounts payable transactions
- monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- maintain vendor files
- correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
