We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance ,excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team targets.
- Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
- Utilize software tools to track sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement inventory management strategies to optimize product availability.
- Specialize in automotive sales by understanding industry trends and customer needs.
Experience:
- Proven experience in car sales with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, including cold calling, upselling, and managing the sales process.
- Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in automotive finance and used cars.
