Responsibilities:
· Excellent employment opportunity for an Order Management in the Ridgefield, CT area.
· Working independently, manage the receipt, processing, special handling of customer orders as well as new product launches and promotions in an efficient, expeditious and quality-oriented manner.
· Ensuring the correct and timely delivery of product sales and management of customer contacts to resolve issues and provide value added service for both external and internal customers.
· Sales Order and Service Management.
· Ensure proper receipt, validation and entry of customer orders received by EDI, fax, mail or phone.
· Respond to incoming calls, e-mails and other inquiries to work with customers to resolve issues, answer product pricing, shipping questions, backorders, marketing promotions or other order/shipment related issues.
Experience:
· Minimum Degree Required: Associate's Degree (Community College, MBO)
· Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution preferred.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a close team environment.
· Must be able to work within a number of software applications including Microsoft.
· Key dimensions include initiative, resilience, prioritization, and organization, time management, ability to multi-task and develop solutions.
· Pharmaceutical knowledge a plus.
