Campus:Multi-Campus Position
Terms of Employment:Contract based on Fiscal Years beginning July 1st through June 30ththe following year. This is a 12-month contract.

Compensation: Salary Range: $38,000-$45,000, dependent upon experience
Benefits: This is a benefits-eligible position: health, dental, ASRS employer match, health savings account, 6 weeks’ paid vacation included in 12-month contract.

Primary Purpose:
The Office Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures at two campuses to ensure the school’s effectiveness and efficiency. The Office Manager will supervise office assistants and student aides.

· Ability to work successfully with staff, students, and the public.
· Successfully completes required criminal history background check and has proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
· Ability to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
· Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed.
· Able to perform assigned duties.
· Previous experience preferred, but not mandatory.
· Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Executive Director may find appropriate and acceptable.
Performance Responsibilities:
1. Perform a variety of administrative and office support duties.
2. Interact with Director and staff, as well as with parents and community – manage communications with all in a positive and professional manner (phone, letters, email).
3. Verify student absences & document attendance.
4. Audit and review attendance data provided by teachers for entry into Student Information System (SIS), currently Infinite Campus.
5. Manage SIS for course scheduling, family communication, and reporting to the Department of Education
6. Coordinate and manage student enrollment process.
7. Process and maintain school records and documents, adhering to FERPA laws and retention requirements.
8. Assist in compiling, preparing and mailing reports, newsletters, report cards, manuals, and handbooks.
9. Responsible for distribution of U.S. Mail and assists with interoffice mail.
10. Represent the school at fundraisers, conferences, and meetings as appropriate.
11. Help ready school for beginning school year and end of school year.
12. Assist in student scheduling as needed.
13. Assist substitute teacher with their assignments, including paperwork.
14. Assist teachers with communications in scheduling parent conferences when necessary.
15. Administer first-aid and contact parents when needed.
16. Monitor discipline issues and report to Administration.
17. Perform related duties as requested.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs all other duties as assigned by the Director(s) or the Board of Directors.
Terms of Employment:
This position will be compensated by a fiscal year salary. Throughout the school year the Office Manager will attend the weekly and Monthly staff meetings.
An employee working in this position shall, at all times, be subject to the direction of the person(s) with which said employee has primary responsibility or said person(s) designee(s), and at all times shall be subject to the rules, regulations and the policies of FJA as promulgated by FJA Board. Each employee shall be held responsible for having knowledge of said school rules, regulations, and policies.
Evaluation:
Performance of this job will be evaluated annually by the Executive Director.
