Contracts Attorney

FLASH is seeking a contracts attorney to join our Finance & Accounting team to provide high quality business, legal and sales contracts review, analysis, administration and negotiation.  The contracts attorney is responsible for supporting all levels of the organization with the review and administration of all contracts including establishing and maintaining a contracts repository and database. This role reports to the Contracts Manager. We are looking for a collaborative team player that can work effectively with staff members at every level of our organization, as well as external clients, vendors and business and legal partners.  The successful candidate will need to be a self-starter and capable of working with minimal direction, can adjust to new situations quickly, and be comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. Given the sensitive nature of the data our team handles, the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness is critical.
