What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Sales Enablement position at Flashpoint?

As a Director of Sales Enablement at Flashpoint you will get to do all of those things, including ensuring we have the content, tools, processes and accountability measures needed to (1) enable our sellers to achieve their targets and deliver a best-in-class customer experience; and (2) successfully onboard and ramp newly-hired sellers within targeted timeframes.

We have a role for you if
- You have built and scaled high-impact sales enablement programs
- You have a passion for, and career focus on, sales enablement leadership
- You have experience in implementing and maintaining MEDDPICC or similar enterprise methodologies
- You have experience with implementing and maintaining Highspot or similar sales enablement tools for content management, training and certification programs
- You have excellent management and leadership skills - ability to hire, inspire, hold accountable and develop a strong team
- You have strong communication skills and a desire to work effectively across Sales, GTM and Executive teams
- You have cybersecurity and or SaaS/technology experience and success in a startup environment (strongly preferred)
What you will achieve
- Within 30 days
- You will have completed onboarding feeling ready to dive into the role
- You are comfortable with our sales enablement processes, tools, and our technology
- You are able to articulate our products and services on a high level
- Within 60 days
- You will assess sales team effectiveness and gather sales team feedback to identify and prioritize program enhancements and opportunities
- You have an understanding of our overall corporate strategy, goals, KPIs and sales effectiveness metrics and have developed a roadmap to ensure sales enablement effort alignment
- By 90 days
- You will have outlined a prioritized sales enablement plan including new-hire onboarding, ongoing sales effectiveness and certification, product and technology enablement and overview of tools, programs and processes required
- You will have established effective internal program communications that inform, influence and drive adoption and championship of programs and deliverables
- You will have developed and begun implementing a detailed project or program plan that considers all requirements, constraints, resources and deliverables associated with team and Sales objectives and goals
To be successful in this role, you will need
- Strong communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills
- Proven success scoping, designing and implementing strategic enablement programs
- Team leadership experience (strongly preferred)
Base Pay Range: $145,800 - $180,000
