FLBC is seeking to hire a full-time Maintenance Coordinator. This is a full-time, year-round position. Needed skills include: Organizational skills, people skills including ability to supervise others (working with staff and volunteers;) as well as knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electric, water and pump systems, vehicle and boat maintenance and repair. The position also includes yard work, and janitorial/cleaning of buildings and grounds. Experience in ropes courses, and other outdoor pursuits are also highly desirable.
The person hired must be able to work with a staff team, to set priorities, and also be a self-starter.
Salary based on experience and if housing is included. (Housing may be included based on the needs of the person/camp) Plus an insurance benefit.
