The Credit Acquisition Team Member is the number one driver of credit within the store. This role will actively pursue customers in a friendly and efficient manner to apply for our Fleet Rewards Credit Card by sharing all of the great benefits of the program. In addition, this role acts as a trainer to others on how to drive credit within the store at the Point of Sale (checkout) and on the sales floor. The position will require walking the sales floor, greeting customers and informing them of the benefits available to them with the Fleet Rewards Credit Card and taking the customer through the application process in an efficient and compliant manner.
Greet customers in a friendly manner with a smile, throughout the entire interaction.- Assist customers with product location within the store.
- Articulate the advantages of the Fleet Rewards Credit Card program and ask customers to apply.
- Provide customers with a quick and efficient application experience by operating the register/IPad.
- Ensure all applicants receive the Terms & Conditions at the time of application.
- Provide excellent customer service while on floor duty by assisting with questions, transactions, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver a rewarding shopping experience for our customers.
- Process and handle monetary transactions including credit/debit, cash, check, gift card, etc.
