What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire an Operations Supervisor within our Corporate Payments division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business. In this role, Supervisor role that manages a professional team to ensure SLA. Experienced in applying strategic leadership tactics, providing quick and accurate analyses related to the team’s performance and quality assurance. Experienced in presenting data using desktop productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel. Must have the ability to manage competing schedules to meet time bound deliverables. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and seeks to grow experience and skills for a career in Management. You will report directly to Matthew Johnson and regularly collaborate with Vendor Enrollment Operations.

As an Operations Supervisor you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:
Assigned workspace in the Beaverton, or Brentwood, TN office

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Monitoring team performance, approving time sheets, and providing daily stand-up and motivational meetings.
Training new hires and ongoing education.
Maximizing use of current tools, reports and programs as well as using technological creativity and identify process improvements.
Work with Leadership and Business Partners (when applicable) to prioritize incoming campaigns.
Collaborate with adjacent departments to understand client challenges and provide solutions.
Support operational needs by implementing processes related to special projects.
Qualifications & Skills
3 years of leadership experience
Analytical and general math skills are required
Must be organized, able to communicate effectively and comfortably
Credit card industry experience a plus; CRM experience is a plus; Wrike and Zendesk knowledge is a plus.
Microsoft Word and Excel experience is required
Have the ability to work independently
Need to be focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated
Advanced computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Word and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Demonstrates flexibility in approach to work, people, processes.
Understands the importance of accurate data to business operations.
Familiarity with Salesforce and or other CRM packages preferred.
Ability to adapt to change and offer process improvements.
Tenacity to think “outside the box” when presenting solutions to business challenges.
