We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for maintaining and further developing customer relationships to provide consistent service and communication levels and effectively incorporating and establishing best practice methods to achieve increased customer satisfaction.
This position will report in to an office daily. This is not a remote position.
Principle Job Duties:
- Support sales opportunities by identifying upsell opportunities in the existing book of business and partnering with the sales team on new engagements.
- Serve as a trusted partner to clients through timely resolution of needs, effective communication, and knowledge sharing surrounding best practices, and build positive, trusting relationships with assigned clients.
- Develop an understanding of our client’s business objectives, making sure their needs are addressed daily, and develop and maintain understanding and insights into key account stakeholders and client business requirements.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the products, features, and functionality and work closely with the sales team to ensure clarity on the services the client has purchased, and ensure those services fit the client’s needs.
- Develop metrics to ensure corporate commitments are achieved and continually review and modify short and long-term plans that maintain and achieve key metrics.

Education and/or Experience:
Associates degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent work experience with 2 years previous account development, sales, and client relationship experience. Previous experience in the transportation industry is preferred but not required.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication, client relations, and presentation skills. Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously as well as collaboratively. Strong attention to detail.
Travel:
10-35%; as needed, planned in advance

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
