Job Posting for Internal Material Auditor at Flex-Staff, Inc.
We are seeking a 3rd shift Internal Material Auditor for one of our Plover area clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide daily support to Procurement, Finance, and Warehouse teams so that material inventories are clearly
understood and tracked to point of use or storage. Monitor and correct material movements and communicate to the
warehouse team when corrective action is needed. Become a well versed D365 user who can be a point of clarity for
other departments when needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily - provide end of run count verifications against real time inventory records
Monitor and correct daily transactions to provide the finance group accurate usage information
Enter and confirm accurate real time receipts of inbound material and/or scrap transactions
Enter and confirm accurate outbound material returns are supported with lot accurate transactions.
Facilitate reconciliation of finished goods production reporting
Verify the correct labeling is in place for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods
Verify that the correct material assigned to the job is the material brought to the line
Monitor and communicate when materials are not adhering to usage in FEFO order
Work closely with the warehouse and accounting teams to achieve a seamless flow of materials to and from the plant
Provide occasional warehouse lead support to potentially any shift when the warehouse is in need due to manning limitations
Hours are between the hours of 10pm-6:00am.

Comfortable with the level of detail required and the responsibility of the position
Able to communicate and interact with all levels of operator and management with precise information
Detail oriented with verification strengths
Experience dealing with high volumes of material movement using computer based tracking systems is a plus
Understanding of production processes and requirements of lot tracking in a food manufacturing setting is a plus
Bi-lingual is a plus

Physical Environment/working condition:
The employee is regularly required to sit, walk, use hands, fingers, and arms to handle, feel and reach. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and extreme cold; wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Position requires the need to be on your feet for up to 8 hours/day.
