What are the responsibilities and job description for the Thermal Oxidizer Operator position at FLEXFORCE EMPLOYMENT PROFESSIONALS, INC.?
Flex Force is looking for mobile thermal oxidizer operators for an environmental consultant company with multiple locations.
Daily duties can include:
- maintaining and calibrating analyzers
- maintaining clear logs of all maintenance and calibrations
- moving and setting up equipment at job sites
- monitoring emissions from frac tanks and other containers
- operating company vehicles and equipment
- inspecting equipment and work areas prior to starting any job
- performing preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment when needed
This job requires an extensive amount of traveling to different locations and the work is mostly performed at refineries, pipelines, and power stations.
The right candidate will:
- have at minimum 1 year of thermal oxidizer operations work experience
- have mechanical and operational knowledge of tools, equipment, and tasks in job processes
- have strong written and oral communication skills
- be detail oriented and have great problem solving skills
- be able to read equipment output
- possess or have to the ability to obtain a TWIC card
- Not required, but it is preferred that you have a CDL Class A
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
