Flexiv Robotics Inc. (US) is looking for an HR Generalist who will support HR general operation. This is a multi-hat role as we are a fast-developing platform where the candidate needs to cover recruiting, C&B, and HR operations This job may be for you if you're used to day-to-day changes based on the company's needs.
- Support recruiting, work on actively recruiting and closing key talent for various technical roles in teams
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy.
- Work closely with engineering leads to understand their hiring needs and teach them how to maximize hiring output for their team
- Supporting local (US) employer branding initiatives
- Creating marketing materials and writing content for our blog, and social media
- Supporting HR benefits and employee engagement initiatives as well as handling employee queries and employee relations
- Other tasks that may be assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Knowledge of HR/people systems (e.g., People Central)
- Understanding of local and federal labor considerations
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity with an open mind and positive attitude - Evidence of sound judgment, professionalism, maturity and trustworthiness
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with a diverse range of people in a fair and consistent manner
- Willing to support others
