KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The People Development Coordinator is a hands-on role that provides support to the People Development team. The role is critical in executing our people development initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving functional excellence and process improvement. Tasks vary in volume and complexity and include internal auditing, as well as internal and external reporting. They provide answers to questions regarding a broad range of people development program topics. They manage scheduling and logistics of all people development programs.
- Design, deploy and coordinate logistics for people development programming globally
- Coordinate schedules, online training materials, invites and communications
- Assist with standardized metrics and evaluation processes across all learning programs
- Relentlessly iterate
- Create Coordinator Handbook - document all processes as you go along
- Assign courses in the Learning Management System
- Maintain producer guide
- Communicate and engage internal stakeholders to drive alignment of L&D initiatives across the organization
- Help build awareness and enthusiasm around the L&D team and our core initiatives
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years exposure to Human Resources or Learning & Development functions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience with Learning Management Systems
- Learning & Development, Talent Management experience desired.
- Computer experience, specifically with the Google suite of products
- Ability to prioritize work, and handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills: accuracy is essential
- Experience with Workday
- Responds quickly and accurately to requests
