Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Austin, TX. Reporting to the Program Management Manager, the Program Manager will be responsible to lead the execution of the customer requirements, and through that deliver the projected value to Flex and its customers, using tools and initiatives of the company, to maintain business relationship and maximize customer satisfaction. What a typical day looks like: Coordinate with and support a senior Program Manager in the management of a key customer at the Austin site. Leverages such understanding to effectively communicate with customer to drive customer requirements into Flex Effectively communicate program status, risks, outlook to site management team Analyzes, evaluates, and presents information concerning factors such as business situations, production capabilities, operational challenges, and new product design/development Effectively interfaces with, supports, and leads a cross-functional team capable of managing all aspects of the business.
