What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin Plant position at Flexxray?

We are seeking an Admin Plant to join our team! You will handle a variety of projects to support and improve the organization..

Responsibilities:

  • Review the instructions for each project and communicate those to the line leads.

  • Verify the quantities of each pallet received and their rejects.

  • Complete the Inspection Report in the system and send it to the Project Manager.

  • Place a placard on the first pallet and last pallet of each project.

  • Any other duty assigned by the Production Supervisor.

  • Experience in Excel, Outlook and other programs.
