Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Will manage single programs or smaller multiple programs.
Establishes program plan, budget, and staffing needs for each phase of assigned program(s) and works with managers and supervisors for proper assignment of program personnel.
Reviews labor and material expenditures and manages program budget, reviews progress payments
Confers with program staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
Directs and coordinates activities of program personnel in support of program quality, schedule, and budget.
Reviews status reports prepared by program personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
Prepares program reports for management, customer, or other stakeholders.
Works with stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
Coordinates program activities with regulatory authorities or other governmental agencies.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business preferred; PMP certification preferred.

Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Windows and Outlook;
