Job Summary

As an Executive Chef with Flik Hospitality Group, a member of Compass Group, you'll have the unique opportunity to oversee all culinary functions for a prestigious senior living/healthcare account in Sarasota, FL. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Plan and create all menus, ensuring a variety of delicious and nutritious options.
• Purchase and manage inventory to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Roll out innovative culinary programs in collaboration with our marketing and culinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• Previous experience in senior living or retirement community settings is highly preferred.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Proven track record in managing cost controls.
• Strong desire to learn and grow within a leading foodservice company.
