Flo-Back Production Testing, a North American provider of well testing services is looking for team members to join our dynamic operations in Wyoming and North Dakota

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Safe and efficient rig in and rig out of equipment
  • Lead frac watch, drill out, flowback and production operations
  • Safe operation of all surface equipment
  • Record and distribute accurate notes and data
  • Perform ongoing equipment maintenance
  • Promote and participate in a safe work environment
  • Liaison effectively with onsite company representatives

Work Conditions

  • Shift work
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Travel may be required to various work areas for extended periods of time

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to lift 50-100lbs
  • Positive attitude
  • Professional appearance
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and background check

Experience

  • Supervisors, 2 years experience in role
  • Operators, 2 years experience in role

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly wage, including overtime

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
