Who You Are: As Flockjay’s People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an environment where individuals and the organization can thrive as we continue to grow & scale. The People Operations/Human Resources function is one that will support and align with the organization’s business goals, objectives, and strategies while also honoring each individual’s contribution to and journey at Flockjay. This opportunity is unique as it requires someone who can thrive in both execution and strategy. This includes rolling up your sleeves to ensure every team member at Flockjay is supported, while also zooming out to start building our longer-term people strategy. You will report directly to our Founder/CEO and interact closely with members of all teams while helping to define and advance our Mission- and Core Values-driven culture.
