Office Team Member Job Description
Fast growing and design focused packaging company with an international footprint, is looking for an office team member that will work seamlessly in our dynamic environment. In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you should be familiar with Quickbooks, as well as Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills are also highly valued.
Office Team Member Responsibilities:
- Handling customer service and other communications
- Support design and marketing team
- Help manage inventory, invoicing and bill entry
- Taking and inputting sales orders
- Helping organize and maintain office needs
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
Office Team Member Requirements:
- High school diploma or associate’s degree
- Experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Have a valid driver license
- Attention to detail is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
