Job Description: As the Director of Operations for Hotels, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of exceptional service. You will be responsible for managing GM's team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the hotel operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the performance of hotels.
Develop and implement operational strategies, standards, and policies to enhance guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational efficiency and achieve targets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards throughout all hotel operations.
Act as a representative of the company, maintaining relationships with guests, handling feedback, and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Leadership role within the hotel industry.
Knowledge of hotel operations, industry trends, and best practices is a plus.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and lead teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), Auto Clerk, OnQ, Choice Advantage.
