What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Flores Concepts?
The busser recognizes that their job is to provide support for our servers to ensure a great experience for our guests. Keeping our restaurant clean from the tables, floor, and restrooms to the windows, patios and back area is a team effort, but primarily rests on the shoulders of our killer busser team.
Please note that while you are not taking orders, you must also learn the basics of our food menus and be familiar with areas of food recipes, menu content, allergens and potential food related questions or concerns. You should be well versed in how to recommend our products correctly as everyone here is responsible for our guests’ enjoyment!
