Position Summary: Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Gameday Ticketing Representatives- Boca Raton, FL. Summary of Responsibilities: Professionally and accurately sell tickets for all FAU games and stadium events to our guests at our sales windows. Assertively interact with fans entering the athletic venue and throughout the shift. Distribute tickets located at will call and provide service to guests at all ticketed FAU games and stadium events while providing the highest degree of courtesy, professionalism, thoughtfulness, sincerity, and enthusiasm. Properly ID and collect signatures for all home and visiting team pass list fans during each FAU home sporting event, in collaboration with the FAU Compliance department. Assist current FAU students with securing tickets and solving ticket issues via the Experience App for all ticketed home games. Provide assistance for all box office functions. Adhere to NCAA, American Athletic Conference, and Florida Atlantic University rules, compliance, policies, and procedures. Handle payments, including cash and credit transactions. Additional responsibilities as directed by a supervisor. College or Department: Ticket Operations Location: Boca Raton Work Days and Hours: Monday - Friday, Part time between the hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Up to 25 hours per week. Some nights and weekends as needed.
